We or our vendors may use Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide special features. The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. SirenGPS will, from time to time, exchange, release, or notify affiliated or associated third parties of certain information about you as required in the course of business. We will release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with applicable laws, to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions of Use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SirenGPS, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with public safety or other companies to prevent harm to person, property, and/or for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
SirenGPS is committed to handle all personal or sensitive user data securely, including storing and transmitting senstive data using modern cryptography (for example, transmission over HTTPS). We use runtime permissions that request confirmation whenever available prior to accessing data gated by device permissions.
We sometimes employ other companies, businesses, and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include the collection of information, the use of cookies, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing customer service, and performing off-site Information Technology servicing. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy assets from others. In such transactions, customer information is generally one of the transferred business assets. In the event that SirenGPS is sold, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets. We work closely with partners to which we provide information. We may, from time to time, share customer information related to your use of SirenGPS and pass that information on to our associated companies.
Information Security

We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with local, state, federal and international regulations to protect personal information. We will not share information with third parties except as required by law, in the interest of public safety, or for appropriate business purpose with your express authorization, which may be expressed through your participation in a community within a SirenGPS service. You may withdraw such authorization by withdrawing from such third party community on an appropriate SirenGPS service, by expressing your intentions directly to such third party, or by emailing us at unsubscribe@sirengps.com.
